BSCP on behalf of Birmingham against FGM are proud to present this virtual conference.

All safeguarding staff and practitioners are invited to attend. The sessions include survivor accounts, medical expertise and  practitioner tools as well as definitions and  awareness raising.

1415 - 1430   FGM Medical Examinations - Dr Jane Armstrong, Consultant Community Pediatrician, Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Dr Armstrong provides an overview of FGM medical examination processes. Gain an insight into the medical procedures.
