To use this booking system, you will first need to create a user account and once you have done this, you will be able to manage your own bookings, access course evaluations, certificates and access your training history.
Important! Check the course detail to make sure that the course is suitable for your role and to check if there are any pre-requisites.
All courses are subject to change so please check back the day before your event and look out for any email notifications.
Courses are free to book. Cancellations can be made by logging into your account up to 5 working days before the course and will enable the place to be offered to delegates on the waiting list. Cancellation requests within 5 days of the course should be emailed to: bscp.contactus@birminghamchildrenstrust.co.uk; Cancellations within 5 days of the course maybe subject to a charge being made to you organisation. This will also apply if you fail to attend on the day.
